kindly check my gallery under "sick"

aro swims normally, the scales that drop, i know it will grow back.

The issue is the front scales that protrude out slightly. What is the problem ?

i water change 10-20% per week, add salt ...what else can i do ?

Bro, salt can be a remedy but be careful using it. I would normally avoid using it if unnecessary.

It may had been caused by poor water conditions, sudden in pH change, or sudden...and I'm talking about extreme temp changes.
Raise water temperature to 34°C gradually. Yes...in this case add 1% coarse salt to the water. Increase ur air supply. Change water roughly 25% every 2 days. Ohh...another thing, try adding ketapang leaves or blackwater to soften the water if possible. Dun feed it for the time-being. Juz be patience and keep on repeating till it recover. Good luck with it:(

As the pic shown, the symptom doesnt look as bad as some worst case scenario...so yeah salt and heater, some ketapang/blackwater to calm fish down, frequent water changes should do the work bro.

Bring it to a vet and give an injection of antibiotic will help or you can do it by yourself.
