durian in harus adalah durian masin..durian yang dicampurkan dengan garam dan dibiarkan dalam bekas seketika .(ni boleh disimpan selama beberapa tahun) sediarkan seperiuk air masak, masukan durian...

ikan toman ni kat kampung gue sangat digemari oleh kaum bumiputera...boleh dimasak dengan sup durian... :D sup ni tidak berani eva coba...:p kolo sup durian ayam yg dimasak dalam...
