![]() This is just a quick question that comes through my mind regarding the jumping ability of every aro. Do they eat regular common flies, maybe not the average house flies when they are in the wild, but do they?

![]() I saw at the tv geographic program, in the wild aro sometimes do jump to get flies. What I saw is silver, dont know another aro

![]() I am not comparing between Wild's arowana and captive-bred's Arowana, but, if the question is "Do Aros eat Flies?" only, I prefer to say "YES" they do.
The Arowana in the wild is a surface-feeder. It swims almost at the surface of the water constantly looking upwards for insects to capture and feed on. This is the only reason why I prefer to answer "yes" on the above subject. To bro big_show: what a nice and good looking SR (especially for its tail & fin) on your avatar..! is she yours? ![]() It's not a common if the Aro lives in Aquarium, but it is if they are in the river...can you imagine how much of flies you should provide everytime you feed the Aro?
