summary of what i have learned here

First of all, i found this web just a few months ago, from this web i got my 1st ever SR thx to bro cakrawala

here's to summary to create an ultimate SR hehe

1. the first thing is to buy your arowana from someone u can trust hehhehe ( the other steps below are useless if u buy Banjar Red HAHAHA )

2. Water
Prof JD said aro lives in ph 5.8-6.5 and Gh 4-8 ( pls correct me if i am wrong )
- here's a tips for newbie like me , when u buy your first aro, better set up your tank 1 month prior to arrival of your aro, so all the chemical residue and there is no ammonia spike in your tank).

Fresh water AND CORRECT PARAMETER is the key to develop good growth and colour.

one says " never changing your water, its like breathing in a pollute air "

3. Dietary
- Fresh food is always the best , but becareful of the diseases it brings along.

always quarantine, and give proper food, so i assume its not only keep your aro healthy, but also aro's food, ( YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT ) hehehehhehe

- ghost shrimps / prawn is always the best.
- super worms, earthworms, crickets and centipede comes 2nd.

Dietary pattern is also important, fasting, and variety in diet is also beneficial.

4. Lightning,

even humans can't live without sun, we need the vitamin D in sun ray,
sometimes, sun ray can be subtitute with NAN / sylv lamp and actinic blue light ( once again thx to prof JD )

tanning is needed to enhance your aro colour, there are alot of theory in tanning, so do experiment a bit.

5. Background..

i havent get a lot of information on this one so please help anyone?
