Be careful of feeding too much super worms (high in fats/proteins). Unless u re at stage where u re tryin to pump the Aro.

For a Juv, I will probably feed it crickets(with pointy legs plucked) and freshwater shrimp(heads and pointy tail removed)....and perhaps occasional treats of Super worm.

Mix bro with variation food to give enough nutritions for your aro, and dont forget to keep your quality water.

Im not saying "not too good" juz got to watch out of excess feeding of such.
hmm...i dunno i prefer those small freshwater shrimp compare to market shrimp...I like live and fresh

cockroachs *me faints* unfortunately I'm afriad of those little annoying bugger LMAO
Besides I dunno how clean they re (whether pesticides had come in contact with roach) I would rather not takes that risk...unless u rear those roachs :|

Hahaha..I don't rear the roaches.....I catch them in warehouse. But if someone use insecticide I don't catch.

How about frogs? What do you think of feeding frogs to 30cm fishes?

Oh...its our warehouse...I ask someone to catch roaches if they say they didn't use insectide. Then place them in a container and feed after 3 days.

Frogs...i just don't know...they say good source of calcium..and good to pump fishes.
