Bro,i think better if u put them in a tank first...then if the fishes are already being 25cm,u can put them back in ur nice palud !

I think they are still too small for a pond...too much risk.Just wait 2 months (25cm).

If not mistaken, if you put a small fish in the palud/tank with water height more than 30cm, it can cause a swim bladder problem.
