Ada beberapa tips yang bisa kita lakukan, mudah-mudahan berguna:

1. Minum Air putih minimal 8 gelas sehari
2. Banyak makan buah-buahan dan sayuran (serat alami)
3. Hindari stress, dan selalu sabar
4. Perbanyak berpuasa
5. Tidur yang cukup dan olahraga ringan diusahakan rutin


Kalo no 4 diatas, itu sudah jaminan badan kita jadi lebih fit.

agak ngeri ya.......
ada temen gw pernah ngalaminya, langsung dibawa ke dokter trus disuntik and then kentut...

Bokongnya disuntik pake jarum yang ujungnya tajam beneran atau di-"suntik" pake yang ujungnya tumpul? Biasanya kalo disuntik sama yang ujungnya tumpul, kentutnya nggak bunyi lagi tuh...
